Structural health monitoring method
The project, thanks to the financial support received from the European Union, the Italian government and Regione Lombardia, enabled the definition and filing of a patent for an invention related to an innovative method for monitoring the health status of infrastructures. This involves a data processing and wireless transmission procedure, using data acquired from sensors such as accelerometers placed on the infrastructure to be monitored.
Development of an Integrated Bridge Monitoring System Using Artificial Intelligence and IoT Sensors
Thanks to the financial support of European Union, the Italian government and Regione Lombardia, the project aims to develop the first turnkey bridge and viaduct monitoring solution, based on artificial intelligence and IoT sensors, enabling the transition to condition-based predictive maintenance.
