The first funding round to strengthen the technology and scale it nationwide
In July 2025, Displaid successfully closed a €1.2 million funding round, a result that strengthens the startup’s ability to develop and consolidate its technology for intelligent infrastructure monitoring. Founded in 2023 by four PhD candidates from the Politecnico di Milano, Displaid leverages advanced sensors and artificial intelligence algorithms to collect real-time data from bridges and viaducts, transforming it into actionable insights. The capital raise involved institutional investors and business angels, including Club degli Investitori through Simon Fiduciaria, Growth Engine via the A-Road programme, Sensible Capital and CDP Venture Capital through the CrossConnect Accelerator programme.
